1. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Pokémon and all related names, characters, imagery, and game data — including but not limited to Pokémon species names, move names, ability names, item names, type icons, and sprite artwork — are trademarks and/or copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. (collectively, "The Pokémon Company Group"). All rights are reserved by their respective owners.
POKEPRO.CO makes no claim of ownership over any Pokémon-branded intellectual property. Any use of trademarked or copyrighted material on this site is solely for non-commercial, fan-created, educational, and informational purposes consistent with the principles of fair use and the established traditions of the fan community.
Specific third-party IP used on this site includes, without limitation:
- Nintendo — Pokémon franchise co-owner and publisher. All Pokémon trademarks are owned or co-owned by Nintendo.
- Creatures Inc. — Co-owner of the Pokémon franchise and original designer of the Pokémon creatures.
- GAME FREAK inc. — Developer of the mainline Pokémon video games, co-owner of many game mechanics and character designs.
- The Pokémon Company — Licensor responsible for worldwide management of the Pokémon brand and licensing.
2. Fan-Made Tool — No Affiliation
POKEPRO.CO is an independent, fan-made project. It is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, affiliated with, or in any way officially connected to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
The names "Pokémon", "Nintendo", "Game Freak", and all associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to those names or trademarks on this site are purely descriptive and do not imply any commercial relationship or endorsement.
POKEPRO.CO receives no financial benefit from the Pokémon intellectual property, does not sell merchandise featuring Pokémon trademarks, and does not charge for access to functionality that reproduces Pokémon-branded material beyond informational display.
3. Educational and Informational Use
All game data, Pokémon names, move descriptions, stat tables, type matchup information, and competitive analysis presented on this site are reproduced solely for educational, non-commercial, and informational purposes to assist competitive players in understanding and engaging with the Pokémon video game series.
POKEPRO.CO does not reproduce copyrighted creative works in their entirety. Game data (base stats, move power, type effectiveness, etc.) is presented as factual information in tabular or summary form, which is not subject to copyright protection in most jurisdictions. Where descriptive text is reproduced, it is done to the minimum extent necessary for informational purposes.
4. Competitive and Tournament Data
Usage statistics, usage rates, team compositions, and meta analysis data displayed on POKEPRO.CO are derived from publicly available tournament records, community-contributed team submissions, and aggregated competitive data. Where third-party tournament data is referenced, it reflects publicly disclosed results and is used solely for analytical and informational purposes.
POKEPRO.CO does not claim ownership of tournament results or publicly shared team compositions. Player names, tournament placements, and team data are attributed to their respective owners where possible. If you believe any data has been attributed incorrectly or you wish to have tournament data associated with you removed, please contact us at hello@pokepro.co.
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
While we endeavour to keep all game data, movesets, stat figures, and competitive information current and accurate, POKEPRO.CO cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed on this site. Game mechanics change with patches and new releases; competitive formats evolve; and metagame conditions shift continuously.
All data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users should verify critical information against official game sources before making competitive decisions. POKEPRO.CO accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of information provided on this site.
6. User-Generated Content
Team builds, strategies, and other content submitted by users of POKEPRO.CO reflect the views and preferences of individual users, not POKEPRO.CO as an organisation. POKEPRO.CO does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-submitted content. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that any content they submit does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
POKEPRO.CO uses third-party services to operate the site. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:
- Cloudflare — provides CDN, DDoS protection, and bot verification (Turnstile). Cloudflare may collect IP addresses and connection metadata. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Resend — handles transactional email delivery (account verification, password reset). See the Resend Privacy Policy.
- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — used for aggregate, anonymised site analytics. Data is processed by Google Inc. in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. IP anonymisation is enabled.
POKEPRO.CO is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.
8. No Commercial Exploitation of Pokémon IP
POKEPRO.CO does not monetise Pokémon intellectual property directly. Any revenue generated by the Service (such as through voluntary support or non-IP-related advertising) is used solely to cover operational costs including hosting, domain registration, and development. No revenue is derived from the sale, licence, or commercial exploitation of Pokémon trademarks, characters, or copyrighted assets.
9. DMCA and Content Removal
POKEPRO.CO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. If you are a rights holder and believe that material on POKEPRO.CO infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work you believe has been infringed;
- Identification of the material on POKEPRO.CO that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
POKEPRO.CO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, POKEPRO.CO and its operators, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless POKEPRO.CO and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Legal Notices, your use of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Legal Notices are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which POKEPRO.CO operates, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply. Any dispute arising under or relating to these notices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
