POKEPRO.CO provides a web-based tool for building and sharing competitive Pokémon VGC teams. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

Team data, builds, and any content you submit remain yours. By saving teams as public, you grant us a licence to display that content to other users of the Service. You may delete your teams at any time from your account settings.

POKEPRO.CO and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by its operators and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. POKEPRO.CO is a fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company or Nintendo.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POKEPRO.CO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
